Right of Withdrawal for B2B Customers

Please note: As a B2B platform, our offer is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs. A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not generally apply to B2B transactions.

Voluntary Return Policy

We voluntarily grant our B2B customers a 14-day return policy for unopened standard products (no white label). The goods must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition.

Exceptions

The following are excluded from the return policy:

• White label products (individually printed/packaged)
• Opened or used goods
• Products without original packaging
• Custom orders and special productions

Returns

Please contact our customer service team at info@hempwholesales.com before returning to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refund

The refund is processed after inspection of the returned goods within 14 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
